Complete Paperwork + Sign Contract

When I have all of your required information, I'll send you registration paperwork through email (either over the phone or through the Registration Request Form).

Before your child can attend the day home, you must complete and return the necessary paperwork.

Make plans to pay your monthly fees by automatic withdrawal.

Once your file is finished, I will confirm your start date.
